Foster with The Grove
Opening your home to a child in foster care is a meaningful commitment, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.
At The Grove, we're building a community of resource families equipped with the training, relationships, and ongoing support to care for children while supporting their connections to family.

More Than Opening Your Home
A resource family offers more than a safe place to stay. It's a loving, welcoming home where children are nurtured, advocated for, and supported through the challenges of foster care. At The Grove, we're looking for families who embrace the whole child - including their story, relationships, and connections - and believe that caring for children is something we do together.
Our Vision for Resource Families
A Home Where Children Belong
A loving, safe, and welcoming family environment where children experience stability, connection, and the care they need to flourish.
Embracing the Whole Family
Supporting safe relationships with birth parents, siblings, and extended family while honoring each child's culture, identity, and important connections.
Advocacy & Intentional Care
Going beyond meeting daily needs through trauma-informed parenting, advocating for appropriate services and therapies, and helping children heal and grow.
Partnering Toward Permanency
Working collaboratively with birth families, case managers, and the child's support team toward safe reunification whenever possible, and lasting permanency when it isn't.
